The right questions change everything.

On direction, new perspectives and learning in times of change.

Not every change begins with an answer. Sometimes it begins with a question that offers a new way of looking at a situation.

I am interested in how people and teams find direction when many things are changing at once. I do not want to prescribe a course. I want to share experience, open up perspectives and accompany people as they find their own way.

Passing on what I have learned

Early on, I began sharing with others what I had taught myself. In adult education I saw how much becomes possible when people can use new knowledge for themselves.

Today artificial intelligence is changing how we access knowledge. Answers to countless questions are available almost immediately. That raises an important question for me: What does learning mean when knowledge is so readily available?

For me, the value lies less and less in merely conveying information. What matters is learning how to use it: asking the right questions, questioning answers, recognising connections and making responsible decisions.

As a university lecturer, I encounter young talent and their ideas. As a mentor I support teams, and as a coach I accompany leaders facing new responsibilities and change.

Sharing ideas. Inspiring further thought.

I enjoy sharing my experiences and thoughts with others: in teaching, in conversations with teams and leaders, and with audiences. I am interested in what happens when people look at a familiar idea from a different perspective.

I explore questions that stay with me: How do new technologies and ideas create real value? What do people and businesses need to shape change? And how can different experiences and skills combine to make something new possible?

I welcome conversations with people who want to explore these questions further, whether through a talk, in teaching or in a personal exchange.

Questions open up perspectives

When people come to me with a challenge, I first want to understand how they see the situation. What experiences do they bring? What is really on their minds? And which question may not yet have been asked?

Conversation can make room for thoughts that had no space before. A different perspective does not immediately solve every problem, but it can reveal the possibilities available.

Change begins by bringing people along

New technologies, methods and business models change organisations. Whether something lasting comes of them also depends on the people who work with them and carry the change forward.

That is why I want to understand what matters to those involved, what experiences they bring and what they need to help shape change.

When a thought becomes a path of your own

Finding direction does not mean always knowing where you are going. It emerges when we remain attentive, ask questions and are willing to reconsider the path we have taken.

I value working with people who are curious and take responsibility. Developing a thought together and seeing it become someone’s own path is one of the most rewarding parts of this work.
